दोस्तों गणतंत्रता दिवस क्यों मनाया जाता है आप सब अच्छी तरह जानते हैं| मै आज इसमे उल्लिखित "गण" पर कुछ कहना चाहता हूँ | प्रतापी सम्राट रावण ने जब भगवान शिव से वरदान माँगा था कि इन तरह के व्यक्तियों से मै कभी न मारा जाऊँ तो अपने अहंकार के चलते उसने सामान्य मानव यानि "गण" का नाम नहीं लिया | इसी के चलते भगवान राम ने एक गण नायक बनकर उसका दमन किया | हमे इस दिवस के महत्व को इसी साधारण गण को ही केंद्र मे रखकर समझना चाहिए |

आज हम देख पा रहे है कि इसी "गण " के लिए आज सारे तंत्र अपने को बदल रहे हैं, चाहे वो राजनीति हो या समाज, अर्थनीति या कारपोरेट जगत| यहाँ तक कि आज इसी "गण" के लिए लोकतंत्र के चारों स्तंभों को अपने आपको बदलना पड़ रहा है| आज हर क्षेत्र मे विविधता, समानता, और समावेशन के लिए एड़ी चोटी का जोर लगाया जा रहा है |भारत मे आज एन एस ई मे सूचीबद्ध सभी कंपनियों मे महिलायें प्रबंधन के 20 फीसदी से ज्यादा पदों पर काबिज हैं| स्वयं सहायता समूह जैसे तंत्र आज देश के सुदूर गाँव मे भी प्रभावशाली ढंग से काम कर रहे हैं |सामान्य व्यक्ति, जिसे ही मैं "गण' कहकर संबोधित कर रहा हूँ का "मिलेट" आज शासकीय भोज का हिस्सा बन रहे हैं|

इन्ही "गण" की ताकत है कि आज रोजगार के मायने बदल गये है| आज लोग बड़े आत्मविश्वास से अपने को " सेल्फ एमपलॉयड" बताते हैं| आज हम देख रहे हैं कि बिहार मे संचालित " दीदी की रसोई " ने कैसे देखते ही देखते राज्य के विभिन्न अस्पतालों मे हजारों मरीजों को स्वस्थ और घर का खाना पँहुचाते हुए 1700 से अधिक महिलाओं को आजीविका और आत्मसम्मान प्रदान किया | अहमदाबाद के "काँकरिया लेक फूड हब "जो स्ट्रीट फूड प्रोवाइड करवाती है, के ग्राहकों की संख्या करोड़ों मे है| ये सब भारतीय खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक प्राधिकरण के इन्ही गण पर केंद्रित " ईट राइट आंदोलन" के तहत है| आज हर गली मे आपको एम बी ए और इंजीनियर चाय वाला मिल जाएगा एक अद्भुत आत्मविश्वास के साथ |

अभी थोड़े ही दिनों पहले हमने कोरोना के समय मे हजारों कामगारों का अपने कार्यस्थल से निष्कासन देखा, परंतु उनमे से बहुत लोग आज अपने ही घर से स्टार्ट अप चला कर हजारों को रोजगार दे रहे हैं|

इसी " गण" की ताकत है कि आज डिजिटल डिवाइड जैसी समस्याएं नेपथ्य मे दिखाई देने लगी हैं | आज देश के कोने कोने मे सैकड़ों हजारों यू ट्यूबर्स मिल जाएंगे, जिनका कंटेन्ट भी उन्ही के रंग ढंग मे देखने को मिलेगा| ये उनके आत्म विश्वास और आत्म गौरव का द्योतक है |

इसी " गण " की ताकत है कि आज कोई आयोजन हो चाहे वो जी-20 का हो चाहे भगवान राम के मंदिर मे प्राण प्रतिष्ठा का, सबमे विविधता और समावेशन का अंदाज दिखाई देता है|

बातें बहुत है परंतु सबका लब्बो लुआब है कि आज हम एक युगांतरकारी परिवर्तन के मुहाने पर खड़े हैं| आज हम सारे भारत के "गण" अपने अपने कर्तव्यों का धार्मिक रूप से पालन करते हुए इस गणतंत्र को समूचे विश्व का सिरमौर बना दें| आप सभी को 75वै गणतंत्र दिवस की हार्दिक शुभकामनाएं | जय हिन्द जय भारत |

What exactly do we mean by ‘ New Year’. It implies a new waves of enthusiasm whereby we get a chance to concrete our dreams . With the perennial flow of time we enter in the new year with the last year’s  failures and anxieties . But with the advent of new hopes through above mentioned enthusiasm we can translate these failures or negativities into success or positivities. All the ingredients of success exist in ourselves. I think basic ingredients of success reside in the form of interesting pictures in our minds. If we consciously paint this picture, success will come to us. If we fail to do so,we will face failure.And the most successful people are those with the most interesting pictures in their minds. The consciousness of this doing about which I mentioned,is built of two layers –the conscious,and  the subconscious,. We do need to tap the powers of the subconscious and thereby translate failure into success.The conscious layer,through which we think,feel and take our decisions is a very tiny part our consciousness. It may be equated with the tip of an iceberg  floating above water on the other hand ,subconscious layer is much vaster. It may be compared with the larger portion of an iceberg immersed in the water . But this larger part cannot think for itself,it can not decide what is right and what is wrong.If we believe that we can not achieve something ,the subconscious will take up our belief.But whatever we will believe in, our subconscious will create conditions, so that our beliefs are proved. Whatever, we picture for ourselves, the subconscious will prove that picture as true.   To achieve success we must believe in success, and paint a picture of ourselves succeeding. The conscience and subconscience layers must coordinate with each other to create success. Success  may  not be produced by only the conscience self. It is done with the help of the subconscience.We know, there are tremendous potentialities open to every one of us. But these potentialities have to be harnessed with the help of subconscousness. Positive thoughts induce this subconscious layer, negative thoughts weaken this. So we must resolve to cultivate this layer in coming new year to achieve our goal. India is a nation facing incredible challenges . we have seen there is not ample security and safety for the every section of our society especially girls and women anywhere in the country. Monstrous elements heap violence on girl children and  women. We are facing acute inequality on the one hand,we see such huge wealth and on the other, more than one-third of the peoplelive without a second meal everyday. Society is clearly bifurcated between haves and not haves. We have examples of the very affluent as well as the extremely poor.On the education front, millions of our children are out of reach of our education systems even at the primary level. This is directly related to the child labour problem. Today, we are facing many global problems, in which ecological issues are of utmost important. But at our domestic front we are still struggling for proper civic infrastructure including public transport system. We could not reach 4%agricultural growth which was fixed by our FYP. Agriculture is still associated with at least 65% people’s livelihood. At political front,there is huge communication gap between rulers and the ruled. Last year CAG tracked many scams like 2G,Coalgate etc. CAG,s calculations may be faulty but everyone accepts the happening of scams. Parliamentary proceedings is being polluted day by day. Conflict between two sacred pillars of democracy i.e. Supreme Court and parliament is being deepened people,s frustrations have been reflected in the movements of civil societies. Union-state relations are being tensiled day by day. Policing system owes colonial legacy. A functioning police system does not mean just a constabulary that keeps public spaces secure. Today , India,s policing and judicial apparatus primarily dispenses uncertainty and proliferates probabilities for injustice. Citizens with means and powers buy their way out of criminal charges, whether of rape,murder or corruption. Citizens without means and power are often framed or wrongly convicted, leaving society no safer as the guilty remain free.

Reliable methods of investigation, evidence and impartiality to adjudicate human rights and social imperatives.

As we know some pressure groups like civil society may force the political class to take some executive and legislative measures to save its own face, leading to some cosmetic changes. But legislation alone does not bring about changes in social and cultural outlooks and beliefs. This demands a radical change in our feudal, patriarchal and male-dominated society. Our political class does not have leaders with credentials to achieve these factors.

So, we must focus the” aam admi,s role” in all of this. In ‘aam admi” the role of youth section is of utmost relevant. First of all we must recollect M K Gandhi,s favourite quote:”Be the change you whish to see in the world.If we want to transform society, we have to begin with ourselves.

As youth is the building block of society. The significance of youth values in nation building cannot be ignored. So, as we are going to celebrate 150^th birth anniversary of youth icon Swami Vivekanand. His birthday(Jan12) is celebrated as National Youth Day.

Demographically today’s India is at its youngest best and has the courage to meet any challenges.With the collective consciousness.Swami Vivekanand always argued for the need for nationwide renovation with the ideals of ‘’tyaga” or sacrifice and “seva”, selfless service. It is the most imperative aspects of shaping of faith of Young India.

The most important qualification that swamy is looked for in youngsters was to cultivate and murture the ability to ‘feel’. His philosophy for the Youths contain influential Ps: Purity, Patience and Perseverance. These Ps are the great traits that the youth of today are needy in .Through these, we would be part of positive change that will have impact on entire society.

More quota for `aadhi aabadi' will change society

Union government is considering 50% reservation for women in panchayats. This will ensure every second member of India`s municipalities female.Union cabinet already cleared this proposal. This move would ease to move on 33% qouta for women in Parliament and state legislatures. Women are well acquainted with the basic needs of people.Being a part of decision-making,they can bring drastic change, in panchayats. Women are generally good advocates of freedom,equality and fraternity. They can minimise the ill-effects of todays caste politics

Infy boss to join government

The person behind Thomas Friedman`s bestselling` The World is Flat' and the poster boy of indian infotech and co-chairman of Rs.22,000cror infosys Nandan Nilkeni is now ready to construct a real India from his `imagining India'. He is heading the project to equip every Indian with a biometric Uniqe Identification Card.I think this is a landmark event of Indian governance system. This is the biggest movement from private sector to government in India in the post-independence era.Now he is holdingRs.3,500cr. worth share in Infosys of which he was co-founder with his mentor N.R.Narainmurthy. Both Mr.Nilkeni and his mentor have always been imbued by a sense of public purpose. To avoid any conflict of interest, he will quit his lucrative job as co-chairman of the Rs.22,000cr. Infosys. Mr. Nilkeni has been given the rank and status of cabinet minister, a corpus of Rs.100cr. For building his core team, he can draw in talent from the private sector. This would be a revolutionary step. In the past, we have an example of DMRC, headed by E.Sridharan.He was given freedom to a great extent. It resulted in huge success of project. Many depeloped countries especially in U.S. lateral entry of capable persons from various field into government is fairly common but rare in India. Earlier in 1987, then Prime Minister Rajiva Gandhi bought in Sam Pitroda to head the Technology Mission which is largely responsible for the I.T. revolutions. Even our Prime Minister Manmohan Singh was bought in for then urgently required economic reforms. We know that by new economic reforms we are the world`s fourth largest economy of the world in PPP terms. The UIC project is an ambitious project of Rs.15000cr. It will catalogue personal details of every Indian citizen on smart cards.Name, sex, address, marital status, photo, identification mark and finger biometric will be included.Since it is a technology driven initiative that dovetails perfectly with the core competence of this electrical engineer from I.I.T. Mumbai

My stepping stone for my blog

I never thought about a blog. Even I was not interested in reading blogs. But one day a beautiful and very talkative girl advised me to create a blog. the next day I visited her blog. her magical expressions impressed me a lot.That day I aquanted myself with this wonderful medium.There is no editor who can vitiate our views. I am very grateful to that pretty girl. For that obvious reason I dedicate my blog to her.In fact she provided the required base on which the whole fabrick of my writings will stand.
